HOME Sir, The photos on your facebook page brought back fond memories of a visit in 1953. I visited with my parents while touring through, the then, Southern Rhodesia. I recall eating in front of the fire, and staying in a suite fronting the lake. After my parents moved from Malawi (Nyasaland as it was then) to Umtali, there was a period, in the sixties, when my father worked at the inn. He left the country in 1968.
